longislandcity.info and its sister archive, QueensWest.com.

Jason Atwood started QueensWest.com in 1998 as a resource for the first residents of Citylights and grew it into the online community for Queens West and Long Island City. It closed on May 1, 2013. Its pages, photos and history are now kept at the QueensWest.com archive.

longislandcity.info is the forward-looking half: a site about Long Island City today. It is new and growing.
