Free fall yoga with The Yoga Room at MoMI

Astoria studio The Yoga Room leads a free one hour yoga class at Museum of the Moving Image on most Sundays from November 8 through December 20.
Local studio The Yoga Room leads a free one hour class in MoMI's Digital Learning Suite. Doors open at 11 AM for check in and class starts at 11:15 AM. Bring your own mat; space is first come, first served, with one RSVP per person through the museum's RSVP form.
After class you can grab a treat at the museum cafe or visit the galleries. Upcoming dates: November 8, 15 and 29, and December 6, 13 and 20.
